STRIPPING THE WALL PAPER

SATURDAY MORNING, SEPTEMBER 28th

NATALIE PULLED A TINY PIECE OF WALL PAPER OFF BRANDT'S WALL TO SEE HOW HARD IT WOULD BE TO TAKE OFF. IT WAS DECIDED TO LEAVE IT ON.  LATER THAT MORNING SHELLEY CAME OVER AND CHANGED OUR MINDS.  SHE STAYED TO HELP SO IT WOULD NOT BE TOO OVERWHELMING FOR ME.  BRANDT'S WALL PAPER CAME OFF EASY.  THE FAMILY ROOM WAS HARD, BUT WE KNOW THAT PAINT WILL BE A GREAT IMPROVEMENT OVER THE 1970'S WALLPAPER.

MONDAY, OCTOBER 1ST
BRANDT'S ROOM BECAME MORE OF A JOB THAN WE ANTICIPATED.  ALL OF THE BACKING TO THE WALL PAPER WAS STILL ON THE WALLS.  ALL OF IT HAD TO BE SCRAPED OFF.
